He has built many innovative businesses and led large-scale operations across industries spanning Food Tech, AgTech, Media and Manufacturing — including hands-on experience building start-ups in the agri domain. Driven by a mission to build farmer-first models, Ravi sees continuous learning and technology as the conduit to scaled success. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, where he majored in Agriculture and Food Technology. Beyond work, Ravi is an avid lover of music and art, and dabbles in sculpting — the same blend of craft and creativity he brings to building businesses.

Sanjeev has a background of over 30 years in leading Agri-businesses, driving business growth and building competitive advantage. He has led agribusiness operations for top corporate groups such as WIMCO Ltd., ITC and various other MNC’s. he has been instrumental in developing the organized Agri inputs business in his various roles.
